Beach Dance!

Every 3rd Friday my ward puts on the YSA dance for the region. Last night my friend, Nicole and I decorated for a "beach theme". This is Nicole's creation. It is like "dirt" made up of oreos, pudding etc. but she made it with vanilla pudding, crushed white cookies and added some blue "mist" to make the water. She is so creative!!

Angels Baseball Game

So, if you know me at all, you might wonder why I was at an Angels game since I dislike watching sports. I do have to admit it was a lot more enjoyable than watching it on TV.

Father's Day

My Dad enjoys oatmeal with raisins so I made him up some on Father's Day.

Not my idea of a great breakfast, but I think he enjoyed it.

I'm still alive

I have one more week of student teaching!!! The last two months have been so busy teaching and planning for 6th grade. I have enjoyed my class of 34, but it was a huge change from 18 students in the 2nd grade! Now all I have left is to finish my portfolio and find a teaching job for the fall!
