First Grade

I took a substitute job for a first grade teacher that had to be out for three weeks for surgery. Columbus Day was this week and I wanted to share my fabulous coloring page that I did with my students :-)

Newport Beach

My friend and I went to the Newport Beach Temple this morning for a session. The Redlands Temple is closed for two weeks. Luckily, it only took us about 45 min to drive there since there was no traffic. What a great way to start a Saturday! :-)

Master Degree

I received a letter from Chapman University a couple weeks ago stating that I had passed the comprehensive exams for my Master's Degree! I am excited to be done with that program at least. I am finishing up my special education credential right now and will be done by the end of the year. Hopefully I will be able to get a full-time teaching job in either regular or special education soon. In the meantime, I am subbing everyday and working at the insurance office afterwards.
